How Reward Points work?

1. Reward points are automatically awarded according to order amount, which is 1 Point for every RM1. You can redeem accumulated points to "discount" your next purchase. Just click Redeem Points during checkout.
2. Points gained for a purchase will be in "Pending" state after you checkout. It will be automatically set to "Earned" after your have paid and the products delivered to you.
3. Each point is worth RM0.05. As an example, you can have a "discount" of RM5 if you have 100 points.
4. You can only redeem the points if your have 100 points or more.
5. You can only redeem the points if your order is RM50 or more.
6. You can check your accumulated points by logging/signing in to your account, click My Account, then choose the View or change my account information link.
7. Points cannot be used to cash-in or transferred.
8. Point system rules are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will be published on our website 30 days in advance.

What are product Ranks?

These are high quality items -- boutique quality -- authentic and well-known brands like ECA, Vivicam, No.19 Garden Street, TTDress, LUI, TOS, FT, Shibuya Honey, Loyer etc (the brands will be shown on the product photos). These are the real items, NOT imitated products. Some not so well known brands but with high quality are also categorised here.

Boutiques and some sites are selling the same type of products at RM10~30 higher.

These are not so well known brands and some "magazine style fashions" but of high quality (boutique quality).

This is what we refer to as "Internet brands". Nowadays, there are many "non branded" products from China manufacturers made to look like photos from fashion magazines. This is the type of products you get from most other websites selling low price fashion items.

Many websites are selling clothes of same design (copied from magazine photos) BUT by different unknown manufacturers WITH different quality . We will always choose from the suppliers with the best quality. The important thing to note is that quality, material & workmanship will match with the price.

How are the measurements made?

Measurement method is the same as any other vendor. Please allow for a tolerance of about 2cm.

Is the product colour same as displayed photo?

The color will generally be very near. But the actual color may vary a bit from the photo displayed on your monitor. This is due to colour display variations by different computer monitors, photography conditions etc.

How does monthly free gifts work?

Our system will randomly pick one member each month to receive a free gift (worth RM30 ~ RM80) chosen from among the products in our store. All registered members are eligible to be chosen, even those who have not bought anything. Please note that the offer will only start once registered members have reached 300 and will be carried out for approximately 12 months. Also, you do not need to pay shipping fee for the gift.
