Shipping Fees
Our deliveries will be done by couriers like Poslaju, Skynet or Kangaroo. Please make sure that there will be someone to receive your parcel at the delivery address that you provided, else you may need to pick-up the parcel at the courier's office.

Return Policy
- All items are inspected before delivery.
- We only accept requests for returns/exchanges due to manufacturing defects.
- Any returns or exchanges must be notified to us within 24 hours upon receipt.
- Return or exchange items must be in original unused condition. Used items or items with signs of wear-and-tear cannot be accepted.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refunded. Buyer must bear return shipping fee.
- Returns shall be made within 3 days of receipt.
